Due dates vary by when agreements for space are issued; the earliest agreement due date is June 1. For new vendors, one half of the agreement balance is due approximately two weeks after the agreement is offered. Vendor admission may be purchased at a reduced rate starting on May 1. Wisconsin State Fair does not supply a secure Wi-Fi connection for vendors. It is recommended that vendors utilize a hardline internet connection. More information about internet connection will be available in the Vendor Manual.

Space in the RV Park is limited and is recommended to be booked early, but may not be reserved until a Vendor License Agreement is issued.

Vendors selling food must obtain the appropriate permit from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection for their operation. Please refer to our Sponsorship Opportunities page of our website for more details.
